Introduction and Acceptance
These terms and conditions define the relationship between the a71 platform and its users. By visiting the a71 website, creating an account, or using any service, the user is automatically considered to have accepted these terms.
This document has been prepared in Bangla and applies to users residing in Bangladesh. a71 reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Before using a71 services, it is highly recommended to learn more about a71 and read these terms in full. If you do not agree with any term, you are requested to stop using the platform.
Important Notice: These terms constitute a legal agreement. Completing registration or logging in for the first time will be taken as confirmation that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Account Registration
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on a71, the user must be a resident of Bangladesh and must be at least 21 years of age. A person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, a71 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the balances.
2.2 Accuracy of Registration Details
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Creating an account with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account cancellation. If any details change, the user must notify a71 support immediately.
2.3 Account Security
It is the user's responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. Giving a third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact a71 live chat immediately.

Age and Identity Verification
All casino and betting activities on the a71 platform are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Anyone under this age is strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing any bet.
a71 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. For this purpose, a copy of the national identity card, passport or driving licence may be requested. a71 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
- A clear copy of the National ID (NID) or passport may need to be submitted
- An OTP will be sent to verify the mobile number
- Additional documents may be requested to confirm ownership of the payment method
- Providing false identity information will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Accepted methods for deposits on a71 are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Funds must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will be rejected.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
Withdrawal requests will not be approved until the conditions of any active bonus have been met. a71 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual transactions, which may extend withdrawal processing time.
Please note: Only bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw from the balance after receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳2,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳3,000, and a wager of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed before withdrawal.
5.2 Other Promotions
a71 regularly offers various promotions, each with its own terms. The a71 weekly reload reward gives a 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, on a deposit of ৳500 or more once per week, with a 15x wagering requirement.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- If a withdrawal is made after claiming a bonus without meeting the related conditions, the bonus will be cancelled
- Multiple bonuses cannot be applied to the same deposit at the same time
- a71 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it only becomes withdrawable once the wagering requirement is completed
- If unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited

Betting and Gameplay
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once confirmed on a71, no bet can be changed or cancelled. If a technical error causes an unusual result, a71 reserves the right to void that bet. Any funds obtained by exploiting a software error or bug must be returned.
6.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, the odds displayed on a71 may change at any time. Bets will be settled at the odds in place at the time the bet was placed. However, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
6.3 Live Casino and Slots
If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the result will be determined based on data saved on the a71 server. Slot games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which keeps every spin independent and fair.

Responsible Conduct
a71 considers gambling to be a form of entertainment, but it can become harmful if it goes out of control. Users are always encouraged to bet within their means.

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 a71's Rights
a71 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms
- Providing false identity information
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
- Conducting fraudulent activity on the platform
- Abuse of bonus terms
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the system
8.2 User Rights
A user may voluntarily close their account at any time. In this case, any remaining balance may be withdrawn, but any bonus whose conditions have not been met will be cancelled.

Privacy and Data Protection
a71 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. Details of how user data is collected, stored and used can be found in a71's privacy policy, which is considered part of these terms.
User data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology. a71 does not sell personal information to third parties. However, it may be necessary to provide information to authorities in cases of legal obligation or security concerns.

Limitation of Liability
a71 provides its services on an "as is" basis. a71 is not responsible for any loss caused by technical problems, connection failures or third-party software errors.
a71 is not obliged to pay compensation for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, power outages or government orders. However, user account balances will remain protected in such situations.
The user acknowledges that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that this risk is entirely the user's own.

Changes and Updates
a71 reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
